Production time is calculated as full working days after softproof approval.
Delivery costs for full pallets are calculated without lift. The prices for delivery by lift ask the manager.
If the customer is not registered as a VAT payer, then 5% VAT must be added to the price for book production.
Unless otherwise agreed between the Printer and the Customer, payment of the Printer’s account is due in 30 days after the invoice date.
